Charcoal Liner/Brow Color
This is a light gray color.
For eye liner- to apply we suggest mixing a very small amount of color with a couple drops of water to make a cream and apply with angle end of eye shadow/angle brush.
For brow color- we suggest brushing on wet or dry with eyebrow brush following natural curve of brow.
